P2 Holiday Party 2026 RSVP website
When you RSVP we collect your name, department, mobile phone number, your guest's name and relationship (if you bring a +1), any dietary information you choose to share, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
We use this information only to plan and run the P2 Holiday Party 2026: counting attendance, tracking payments, planning food, and contacting you about the event. If you opted in, we send text messages about your RSVP, payment confirmation, reminders, and schedule changes.
We do not sell or rent your information. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers that run this site and deliver text messages on our behalf (hosting, database, and messaging providers), and only as needed to provide those services.
We keep RSVP information until shortly after the event. You can update your RSVP on the "Manage my RSVP" page, stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to delete your information by contacting us.
